Francis Moore
Francis Moore was the Financial Administrator for the Archdiocese of Melbourne from 2007 to 2019 with the title of Executive Director Administration. In this role, Francis was responsible for advising the Archbishop about the financial and temporal affairs of the Archdiocese.
Francis is a member of Australian Catholic University and the Victorian Chapter of ACU and a director of Catholic Education Sandhurst Limited, Sandhurst Catholic Early Childhood Education and Care Limited, MacKillop Family Services and the Chair and a director of CDPF Limited.
Between 1985 and 2001 Francis was a partner in a Melbourne based legal practice where he had an extensive legal practice in banking and finance as legal advisor to mutual financial institutions. He has also acted as legal advisor to religious orders, church agencies, commercial and private clients and organisations in the not-for-profit sector.
In 2017, Francis was awarded the Knight Commander of the Order of St Gregory.
